Legal & Trade

Terms of Trade

Our standard agreements, custom casting policies, and structural liability terms for commercial buyers, bricklayers, and self-builders.

All bespoke architectural components require a signed dimensional drawing approval before casting begins. We require a fifty percent deposit on all non-standard runs, which becomes non-refundable once the raw materials are mixed and poured.

Section 01

Custom Casting

Casting schedules depend on ambient yard temperatures for proper hydration. Any modifications to custom specifications must be submitted in writing within twenty-four hours of initial order placement to avoid additional mold fabrication charges.

Standard catalog items including stock pier caps and coping stones may be returned within fourteen days of site delivery. Returned masonry must be completely undamaged, clean, and secured on the original shipping pallets.

Section 02

Stock Returns

A twenty percent restocking fee applies to all returned stock to cover structural inspection and handling. The buyer remains responsible for arranging and funding heavy haulage transport back to our casting yard.

We guarantee our precast stonework conforms to British standards for compressive strength and weathering resistance. Our structural liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the cast units supplied to the site.

Section 03

Material Liability

We accept no liability for structural failure resulting from incorrect installation, site modifications, or inadequate lintel support. Contractors must inspect all stone profiles for transport damage prior to mixing mortar.
